Ant Free Auckland is a small information and referral site. It doesn't employ pest controllers, own any equipment or carry out treatments. This page sets out plainly what happens when you contact us.
What happens to your request
- You call 09 802 7674 or send a request from the quote page.
- We pass your details to one independent pest control business that works across Auckland.
- They contact you, usually by phone, to ask about the ants and the property, then give you a price or arrange a visit.
- You decide whether to go ahead. If you do, your agreement is with that business, not with us.
We send each request to one business, not a list of them, so you aren't chased by several callers.
Who does the work
The business we refer to quotes, books, treats and invoices you directly. It sets its own prices and terms and is responsible for its work. We don't name it on this site because the arrangement may change; it will introduce itself when it contacts you, and you're welcome to ask it about its experience, qualifications and insurance before agreeing to anything.
How this site is paid
The business pays us a referral fee when a request we pass on becomes a paid job. You pay nothing to us, and the fee is not added to your bill as a separate item. Nobody pays to appear in the information on this site, and the guides aren't written to favour any product.
What we will and won't do
- We will pass your request on promptly and only to the business described above.
- We won't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
- We won't pretend to be the pest control business or answer for its work.
- If something goes wrong with a job, tell the business first. If you'd like help, email [email protected] and we'll do what we reasonably can.
