The quickest way to reach us is by phone on 09 802 7674. If you'd rather write, email [email protected] or use the quote form. Calls are answered Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Messages that arrive outside those hours are picked up when the phones open again.
Ring
Ring 09 802 7674 if the ants are inside now, if you'd like to talk it through, or if you're arranging a visit for someone else, such as a tenant or an elderly parent. A call is usually five minutes: what you're seeing, where, for how long, what's been tried, and when someone can be at the property.
If no one picks up straight away during the day, leave a short message with your name, suburb and number. Mornings in November to March are the busiest, so a call in the early afternoon often gets through faster.
Write
Email [email protected] with a description and a couple of photos, or fill in the quote form. Writing suits landlords, property managers, body corporates and businesses who need a paper trail, and anyone at work who can't take a call. We reply by phone or email, whichever you ask for.

Treatment visits are booked inside and around these hours. Businesses that need a visit before opening or after closing can ask; it's arranged where the technician's schedule allows.
What to have ready
A few details make the first call short and the visit accurate. You don't need to know the species: describing what you see is enough.
- the suburb and type of property (house, unit, apartment, rental, business)
- where the ants are and roughly when they started
- whether you've seen ants with wings, or ants coming out of walls or power points
- any products you've already used (keep the packets for the technician)
- children, pets, bees, chickens or fish tanks at the property
- access: locked gates, a dog, a sub-floor hatch, a body corporate key
A close photo of a few ants next to a coin helps a lot. So does a photo of where the trail starts and ends.
What happens after you ask
We call you back, normally on the same working day if your message arrives during business hours, to confirm the details and arrange a time. A technician then visits, inspects, explains what they've found and gives you a written price. Nothing is treated until you've agreed to that price, and you're free to say no.
If the species needs a follow-up visit, it's arranged the same way. How booking works explains who quotes, treats and invoices.
Where we'll come
We're a mobile service: the technician comes to the property, and there's no office or shop to visit. That covers the whole Auckland region, from Warkworth and Matakana to Pukekohe and Franklin, Titirangi to Howick. Rural addresses can carry a travel charge, which you'll be told about before booking. See ant control across Auckland.
If it can't wait
Some things shouldn't wait for a callback. If you think you've found fire ants, small reddish-brown ants that sting painfully and build loose soil mounds, ring the Ministry for Primary Industries on 0800 80 99 66 and don't disturb them. If someone has swallowed a pest product, ring the National Poisons Centre on 0800 764 766, or 111 in an emergency.
Ant control questions
Can I book without a visit?
A written price needs a visit, because the work depends on the property. We can talk through options on the phone first.
Do you take bookings on Sundays?
Emails sent on Sunday are answered on Monday. Phones are open Monday to Saturday.
Can a tenant book on the landlord's behalf?
A tenant can call and describe the problem, but whoever is paying should agree the price. See rentals and landlords.
